Condolences for Charles John “C.J.” Stewart
To Linda and family: Sympathy and prayers to you all. Know you have endured many challenges recently but also know you have many, many more cherished memories. My Dad is out of state or he certainly would have been there today. Wishing you peace and comfort - Judy Lovelace
What an honorable and loving man... I feel proud to have known him. He always had a smile on his face- the thing I will remember most is how much he loved his family. His famous quote is "Linda takes good care of me" and as a wife to his son, I promise do the same for Jeff. Seems simple enough, but the love in this family is worth learning from. Love you all! Jody
I will never forget the summers I spent with my grandpa, on the lake, fishing, and of course playing cards! I love you grandpa! Gone but never forgotten!
C.J. will always be remembered for his fishing, card playing, canoeing, and spending time with family. He was dearly loved by all, and will be remembered by all. He is with our loving sister Brenda Richards. We won't ever forget, "Linda takes such good care of me." Gone but never forgotten.
I loved going out with grandpa on the golf cart. I remember that we would drive around on it until it was basically out of gas.
I always enjoyed fishing and tubing on the lake with CJ! He was such a competitor at ping pong, horseshoes or cards. One thing is for sure you always had to bring your A game if you expected to win!! His tenacity and love for life will be missed.
Uncle Jay was one of the kindest people I've known. He will be greatly missed by family and friends, and I wish strength for those closest to him as they navigate the grief of going on without him. May you be comforted by many memories of happy times together, and knowing that his service to the Lord will continue. He is again reunited with parents and his sisters. God Bless.
