Condolences for J. Joseph “Joe” Hill

Joe was very much family to me. I could always count on seeing him at every cookout, camping weekend, and major life event. He was always there for me to lend an ear and had a card and kind words for me at every birthday or graduation. He always reminded me of how proud he was of me, even when we didn't agree. Not a day goes by that I don't remember him. He will be missed dearly.

I have loved Cousin Joe since I was a small child and all us cousins would play at Aunt Edie & Uncle Cliff's farm. Great memories, such fun times. This was such a surprise, my condolences to our beloved family members, you all are in my prayers. Cousin Patricia Fahey-Dilley, Florida

There's a hole in my heart that your passing leaves. You left way too soon and I will miss you deeply. You were the kindest man I've ever known, always compassionate, loving and caring. You were the 'real deal" with a deep devotion to your friends and family. Thank you for keeping in touch. I will treasure the memories always. I will be looking for your star in the sky to shine down and let us know you are happy. Thank you for your service to our country. My deepest condolences to your loving family.

Joe was a rock in a world of instability. He was the words of wisdom you sought out in times of confusion. He was comforting in the times of sadness & stress. He was the one person that always showed up when promised {with Natty & casserole in hand) lol. He always picked just the right card for the occasion. He was one of the rare genuine people in this world. A true gentleman. We will be forever grateful for the time we had him in our lives and the wonderful memories he left us with. We love you Joe Joe ~ your smile will be embedded in our hearts forever
