Zelma M. Ruzic, 78, of Glenarm died at 3:54 pm, Friday, March 16, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born to Rolland and Desta (Napper) Brooks on October 16, 1939 in Milfield, OH. She married Robert A. “Bob” Ruzic on July 11, 1959 and he preceded her in death on August 1, 2010.
Also preceding her in death are her parents, two sisters, and five brothers.
Survivors include one daughter, Terri (Joe) Summerson of Glenarm; one son, Robert “Tony” (Lori) Ruzic, Jr. of Springfield; three grandsons, Nick (Tricia) Summerson, Joseph Summerson, and Austin Ruzic; two great grandchildren, Zinna Graice Pfieffer and Waylon Bradley Ruzic; two step great grandchildren, Michael and Gabe Baker; one sister, Patricia (Richard) McKinny of Lincolnton, NC; two brothers, Donald (Linda) Brooks of Muncie, IN and Roger (Marty) Brooks of Anderson, IN and several nieces nephews, and cousins.
Zelma worked for Thrifty Drug Company as a bookkeeper until her retirement. She was a resident of Glenarm for 12 years.
Graveside Service: 10 AM, Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Roselawn Memorial Park with Reverend Braden Maher officiating.
