Thomas C. Schierholz

Thomas C. Schierholz, 60, of Springfield, died at 11:35 am, Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born November 7, 1957 in Kankakee, to Robert and Dorothy (Gerard) Schierholz. Survivors include one sister, Jennifer Walsham of England; one brother, Terry Schierholz of Springfield and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Kathy Hannah.

Thomas was a 1975 graduate of Griffin High School and attended Loyola. He worked for Griffin High School and enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
