Sharon Crim, 72, of Springfield, died at 5:15 am, Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Heritage Health. She was born August 20, 1945 in Springfield, to Charles and Mariann (Ruebel) Behl. She married Thomas E. Crim on November 20, 1970 and he preceded her in death on July 14, 2015.
Survivors include one son, Thomas E. “TJ” Crim, Jr. of Springfield; one sister, Bettie Dissen of Glen Carbon, IL; one brother, Beach Behl of Indianpolis, IN and several nieces and nephews, Bryan Dissen of Springfield,IL, Deiadra Dissen of Parker, CO, Cathy Dissen of Breese, IL, Kirk (Michelle) Dissen of Edwardsville, IL, Warren (Theresa) Dissen of Edwardsville, IL and Kelsey Behl of Indianapolis, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Sharon was inducted into the Springfield Woman’s Bowling Association Hall of Fame in 1992 and was an avid collector of Beanie Babies. She was a self-employed beautician and worked for Lake Town Lanes, bowling Alley.
Graveside Service: 2 pm, Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
