Sharon Lee (Veatch) Tyree, 74, of Springfield died at 6:55 am, Thursday, March 31, 2022 at her home. She was born October 17, 1947 in Salt Lake City, UT to Claude and Geraldine (Lund) Veatch. She married Frank Tyree on November 4, 1975.
She is survived by her husband, Frank C. Tyree; two sisters, Jean Marie Blank of Salt Lake City, UT and Debbie Will-Rice of Salt Lake City, UT; brother, Robert Will of Salt Lake City, UT; sister-in-law, Joyce Ann Smith of Springfield and nieces and nephews, Cody, Dianna, Maria, Austin and Sophie.
She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Robert Will.
Sharon was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Visitation: 10:30 – 12:30 pm, Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.
Graveside Service: 1:00 pm, Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at Camp Butler National Cemetery with Bishop Dave Bridges officiating.
A Celebration of Life will follow the graveside at VFW Post 10302.
