Tyler knew me as Jan Smith when I knew him as Ray, Way back in the day. He was my best friend at the time and he introduced me to a world that was temporary therapy for me. Only years later did I realize that. By then we were strangers in different states. I have often thought about him and wondered how he was. He was truly a beam of light that knew how to shine. He died young and beautiful and that is the way I will always remember him. I am filled with sorrow for the family that I once knew. He was a proud son because you loved him.
