SIMPSONVILLE, SC- Noah Elliott Watson, 17 months, of Simpsonville, SC earned his angel wings on March 26, 2012 at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, SC. Noah was born on October 22, 2010 in Greenville, SC, son of Thomas and Claire Watson.
Noah laughed and smiled through his 17 months, bringing joy and happiness to everyone. He enjoyed dancing to music, books, swimming, and being outdoors. He loved playing with his brother Liam, family dog Gizmo, Elmo, falling asleep to ocean sounds, bananas, sweet potato puffs, and cheese pizza. From his first to final days, his fighting spirit touched the lives of everyone he met. The memories will always remain in our hearts.
He is survived by his parents Thomas and Claire (Garvey) Watson and beloved twin brother, Liam of Simpsonville, SC; Maternal Grandparents, Thomas and Elaine Garvey of Springfield; Paternal Grandparents, Gregg and Katherine Watson of Bloomington, IL; Great Grandmother, Bonnie Tarnow of Muncie, IN; Great Grandfather, Paul Watson of Peoria, IL; Uncles, David Garvey of Springfield, Paul Garvey (wife Rebecca) of Bartonville, IL, and Timothy Watson (fiancée Christine Gage) of Chicago, IL, first cousins, Owen and Matthew Garvey of Bartonville, IL and so many dear relatives and friends.
Visitation: 2-5 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Staab Funeral Home with a prayer service at 2 p.m.
Funeral Mass: 10 a.m., Monday, April 2, 2012 at Blessed Sacrament Church with Reverend David Hoefler officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of plants and flowers, the family request donations be made in Noah Watson’s honor to the BI-LO Charities Children’s Cancer Center, 900 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605, Attn: Elizabeth Cox.
