SPRINGFIELD – Mary Lou Nutaut of Springfield died at 10:40 am, Sunday, August 8, 2010 at her home. She was born June 19, 1944 in New Berlin, Illinois to Amos and Nellie Graham Mitchell.
She was preceded in death by her father, Amos and her mother, Nellie Rawlings, 2 sisters, 1 brother and a grandson.
She is survived by 1 daughter Beverly A. Nutaut of Springfield; 2 sons Edward J. Nutaut, Jr. and P.J. Nutaut both of Riverton; 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; 3 sisters Margaret Potter of Anchorage, AK, Daisy (Kenny) Miller and Doris Dodie (Les) Morgan both of Springfield; 4 brothers Robert (Linda) Mitchell of The Colony, TX, Don (Pat) Mitchell of Springfield,, John (Pam) Mitchell of Portland, OR and Jim Tom (Cindy) Mitchell of Salisbury, IL; 1 aunt and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mary Lou worked as an analyst for the State of Illinois Department of Employment Security for 33 years.
The family would like to thank Danielle Kruegar at Heritage Manor and Julie Thompson of Riverton for their special care of our mother.
Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm, Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Staab Funeral Home with a graveside service following at Salisbury Cemetery.
