Mark A. McNeil, of Blaine, MN, passed suddenly of natural causes July 8, 2017.
He is survived by his children: Katherine Lynn and Christine Erin McNeil, parents: Dr. Ronald and Judith McNeil, brother: Brian McNeil, sister: Joanna McNeil and a host of other loving relatives.
