Mae "Sue" Farley

Mae “Sue” Farley, 70 of Springfield, died at 8:55 pm, Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at St. John’s Hospice. She was born June 2, 1947 in Waverly to Ralph and Jeanette (Stone) McGee.

Survivors include her longtime companion, Tracy Smith of Springfield; one daughter, Brandy (Marc) Graves of Springfield; one son, Michael Farley of Springfield, four grandchildren, Skyler Guthrie, Derek Farley, Samantha and Jessica Graves; one brother, Ralph (Verna) McGee of Springfield and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; four children, Douglas, Kimberly, Harold and Ralph Farley and three brothers, Grover McGee, France McGee and Joseph Lawson.

She worked for Fink’s Cleaners and Solomon Colors. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping, getting the deals at garage sales, her dogs and spending time with the family.

Visitation: 2-4 pm, Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.
