Larry D. Ladson

Larry Ladson, 74, of Mechanicsburg died Friday, May 11, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center.

He was born December 23, 1943 in Sullivan, IN son of Bert Ladson and Ruth (Stevens) Ladson. He married Norma Sidener McLaughlin in 1982 and has had 36 years of love and companionship.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters Marla and Julie Ladson, two brothers, and four sisters.

Larry previously worked in the oil field with his father and brothers. Later he became a 50 year licensed plumber and 30 year general contractor. He owned L&M Plumbing and heating for 20 years, retiring in 2012.

Survivors include wife Norma Ladson, brother Don (Mary) Ladson, sons Nick L. and Jim McLaughlin, daughters Debra (Charles) McCurley, Jackie (Bruce) Workman, and Lori (Devon) Dukett. Seven Grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation: 10 am-12 pm, Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Staab Funeral Home-Springfield.

Funeral Service: 12 pm, Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Staab Funeral Home-Springfield.

Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
