I worked with Jim and Dirk McCormick in the Mortgage Dept of Franklin Life for over 5 years. Jim was the best "boss" I have ever worked for or ever will. He was a true gentleman, mentor and friend. Jim could have invented a new business management technique called "Management By Subtlety" as he rarely had to say much to convey much. He will be missed. Thank you Jim!
