Emilia “Emmie” Mae Badman, of Glenarm, earned her angel wings at 4:10 am, Thursday, August 3, 2017 at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. She was born May 1, 2017 in Springfield, to Joshua and Jenifer Vallar Badman.

Survivors include her parents of Glenarm; one sister, Lyla; one brother Brooks, Grandparents, John and Suzanne Vallar of AL, Jan and Mike Gillette of Chatham and Billy and Anita Badman of Palmer; great grandparents, John and Virgie Ronan of Springfield and Mabel Vallar of Sherman; three aunts; three uncles and seven cousins.

She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Pete Vallar, Margaret and Leonard Badman, Elena Gifford and Harold Shanks.

Visitation: 4:00 – 7:00 pm, Monday, August 7, 2017 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield. A second visitation will be held from 9 – 9:45 am, Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Chatham.

Funeral Mass: 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Chatham with Fr. John Nolan and Fr. Steve Arisman officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Emilia Mae Badman Memorial Fund.
