Eloise M. Williams of Springfield, died at 12:45 am, Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born January 12, 1933, in Springfield, to Arthur and Mary Fancon Marcy. She married Ralph E. Williams on October 16, 1954 and he preceded her in death on May 12, 2007.

She is survived and remembered with deep affection by the numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and brothers, Robert and Lloyd Dollet and Donald, Art and George Marcy.

Eloise retired from Illinois Bell Telephone Company where she worked as an operator and dispatcher for 48 years.

She was a member of Laurel United Methodist Church and the Telephone Pioneers of America and volunteered at Blackhawk School, Memorial Medical Center Volunteers and R.S.V. P.

Visitation: 2 – 3 pm, Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Funeral Service: 3 pm, Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield with Reverend Dr. Kent Lolling officiating.

Burial will be at 9 am, Monday, January 21, 2019 at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
