I have great memories of Cousin Betty. Our family - the Borowski's and Betty's family spent many, many holidays and family dinners together. The "Brause" cousins were the cousins who lived near us and other cousins were scattered over the country. I loved to hear Betty and sister Marcella play the piano - especially the duets they would play. I always begged them to play whenever we would get together. They were "Very" good. I also enjoyed visiting Betty and Marcella when they lived in Fergus Falls and attended Senior High School. There was no bussing in those days. They had a cute little upstairs apartment not too far from our home on Bancroft Avenue. We often stopped after school to visit. Betty was a kind and gentle soul and I don't ever remember her losing her temper. She was a special lady and I have warm memories of her.
