Peggy and Chris - I met Dean in the late 80's while he was still at Scott AFB. He was instrumental in helping me address an outbreak on base while I worked for the State health dept. He later came to work with us at public health. He was good at breaking things down for people and helping them see where they could/should fit in. Always appreciated that innate syour families s too young, I will keep you and your families in my prayers.
