Bradley Steven Siddens, 52, of Rochester passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012 at St. John’s Hospice. He was born on March 18, 1960 in Springfield to Donald G. and Rhondda L. House Siddens. He married Karen S. Bertagnolli on May 4, 1985 at the Cathedral. He was preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by his wife, Karen; twin daughters, Shelby and Casey Siddens and his son Bradley Chase Siddens all of Rochester; father, Don Siddens of Rochester; sister Brenda (Mark) Staab and a brother Randy (Gina) Siddens both of Springfield; four dogs, Nina, Cali, Rooney and Bella and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Brad was employed for the past 20 years at IDOT and peviously worked for Iron Workers Local 46 for 13 years.
He was a graduate of Rochester High School. He was former President of the Rochester Booster Club. He enjoyed trap shooting, horseback riding, motorcycles, boating, projects and mowing (and re-mowing) his (pristine) yard. Most of all he enjoyed his kids and all their activities and sporting events.
Brad will be remembered most for his unique, witty, sense of humor, practical jokes and magnetic personality. He was truly one of a kind….. You know what I mean Buddy?
Memorial Gathering: 4-7 pm, Friday, May 25, 2012 at Staab Funeral Home.
Memorial Service: 11 am, Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Staab Funeral Home with David Upchurch officiating.
