Bonita S. Turley, 70, of Buffalo, died at 10:30 am, Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at St. John’s Hospital. She was born March 21, 1947 in Springfield to Byron J. and Helen E. Trotter Turley and her parents preceded her in death.
She is survived by one brother, Robert L. (Linda) Turley of Buffalo; two nephews, Dale and Craig Turley and several cousins.
Bonita was a member of First United Methodist Church and was very active in the church. She was employed at Franklin Life Insurance Co. for many years doing office clerical work.
Visitation: 12:00-1:00 pm, Friday, November 10, 2017 at Staab Funeral Home Springfield.
Funeral Service: 1:00 pm, Friday, November 10, 2017 at Staab Funeral Home Springfield with Pastor Nicole Cox officiating. Burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League.
