Betty M. Pudschun, 76, of Springfield, died at 5:20 pm, Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born April 28, 1936 in Springfield to Clyde and Antoinette Seghetti Burris.
Survivors include three daughters, Judy (Rod) Hashman of Springfield, Brenda (Todd) Marshall of Williamsville and Anna (Richard) Gatschenberger of Sherman; two sons, Fred (Vickie) Pudschun of Roby and Charles Pudschun of Springfield; one foster brother, Jerry Treat of Springfield, twelve grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Ethel “Midge” Barker, Bertha “Bertie” Treat; and son Chris Pudschun.
Betty was a resident of Springfield, IL all of her life. She worked at Laidlaw/First Student as bus driver, Shop and Save in the deli, and also was the past owner of Sandbar Tavern.
Visitation: 1 – 4 p.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Staab Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 4 p.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Staab Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Bacon officiating. Burial will be at Rochester Cemetery.
