I am so sorry to hear Barbara’s passing! Please receive my sincerest condolences of your great loss of this sweet lady! I was her piano teacher back in the 80s and would meet with her on a weekly basis in her apartment on Walnut Street here in Springfield, IL. She was a phenomenal student and was such a delight to help teach how to read the black dots, rests and ALL the white spaces! I remember she gave me a copy of the hymnal of the church she belong to and it had her picture in it! I treasure that hymnal and her friendship for the reason the season that it was. We always talked about her time with Toastmasters and I watched her bloom into even a more beautiful “Beautiful Soul” throughout those visits and lessons we shared! She was such a positive soul and so eager to learn new things and communicate with others! I loved her spirit and I know she has gone to a better place and I’ll see her again one day! May God comfort all her loved ones and friends during this time of grief. Fly High Kiddo! - Mr. Rusty
