Annabelle Bryant

Annabelle Bryant, 92, of Springfield, died at 11:34 am, Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Lewis Memorial Christian Village. She was born March 14, 1924 in New Berlin, to Fred and Grace Adams Breeding. She married Kenneth A. Bryant on April 25, 1942 and he preceded her in death on October 22, 1991.

Survivors include her daughter, Janet (Gary) Dennison of Springfield; son-in-law, David Caldwell of Pleasanton, CA; five grandchildren, Melissa Roth (Fiancé Neil Read) of Frisco, TX, Kristi (John III – deceased) Hausmann of Pleasanton, CA, Kevin (Carol) Ryan of Auburn, Mike (Tiffany) Parnell of Springfield and Mindy Parnell of Chatham; sixteen great grandchildren, John IV (Nicole) Hausmann, Brian Hausmann, Kaitlin Hausmann, Rebecca (Marvin) Prestridge, Lauren Roth, Sarah (Tim) Ladage, Jessica Ryan, Kayla Ryan, Kim Ryan, Ashlee Orme, Rachael (Jeremy) Holcomb, Jennifer Parnell, Nicole Parnell, Brady Parnell, Hannah Parnell and Connor Parnell; three great great grandchildren, Madison Holcomb, Caroline Holcomb and John Hausmann V, two nieces, Beverly Barrett and Pat (Jim) Dees and one nephew, Gerald (Dee) Lewis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Judy Caldwell, grandson, Tim Ryan; sister, Geraldine Lewis and brother-in-law, Leonard Lewis.

She retired from Sangamo Electric. Annabelle loved her family, enjoyed her flowers and adored her dogs.

Visitation: 11 am – 12 pm, Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Funeral Service: 12 pm, Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield with Reverend Mark Gifford officiating.

Entombment will follow at Oak Ridge Chapel Mausoleum.
