Ann Taylor Farley, 76, of Athens, formerly of Peoria, IL and Boise, ID, died at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born December 25, 1935 in Peoria, IL to Benjamin and Marie Bonham Taylor. She married Edward John Farley on February 2, 1957 and he preceded her in death on March 31, 1996. Also preceding her in death were her parents.
Survivors include three sons, Michael (Dana) Farley of Houston, TX, Marc (Effie) Farley of Portland, OR and Richard (Lori McCall) Farley of Seattle, WA, six grandchildren, two sisters, Joyce Taylor and Lynn (Michael) Clark, both of Athens, 1 niece and 2 nephews.
Mrs. Farley was a homemaker and a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority. She was a graduate of Peoria High School in 1953 and received a Bachelor’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria in 1957. During the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, Mrs. Farley lived in Singapore, The Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and Solana Beach, California.
