Technical Services

Professional care of the deceased: transferring, embalming, preparation for cremation and private viewings, restorative work, dressing, casketing, cosmetic application, inventory control, supplies and equipment maintenance, and other services as required

Family Arrangement Services

Meeting with At-Need client families to discuss arrangements and listening to their needs and desires in order to create meaningful services, encouraging client families to plan ahead as appropriate for future needs, making referrals to our Monument Design Consultant, coordinating After Care with our Family Services Department, verifying details of funerals/memorials, completing and proofing internal work products, print media, obituaries, tribute videos, and check lists, promptly ordering/facilitating goods and services such as casket, outer burial container, urn, cemetery, ancillary needs, filing of insurance claims with the assistance of our Office Support

Funeral Directing Services

Verifying accuracy of Arranging Director’s checklists, facilitating first viewings/private IDs, setting up and coordinating visitations/gatherings, funerals/memorials, and cremations/burials, verifying with client family that everything is accurate, adjusting what is needed, coordinating delivery or pick up of client families’ pictures, floral tributes, print media, and miscellaneous items
